Workday is hiring a Senior or Principal Software Development Engineer for its AI Model Serving team. The role leads technical design and implementation of large-scale systems that move machine learning models to production, including traditional ML models, large language models, vendor-hosted LLMs, Ray Serve clusters, and the production model registry. Responsibilities include system architecture, design documentation, CI/CD pipeline improvement, production troubleshooting, code review, monitoring, and collaboration with software, machine learning, and data science teams.
