The role combines hands-on technical leadership with managing a backend engineering team, designing scalable APIs and microservices, building AI-driven infrastructure automation, and establishing engineering practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of software development experience including 2 years in technical leadership, strong Python and distributed-systems expertise, and infrastructure automation experience.
