OSI Maritime Systems is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead technical execution across software feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions. The role owns end-to-end software development, provides technical direction to developers, testers, and technical team leads, ensures architectural and quality standards, manages technical risk, coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of software development experience including technical leadership, C/C++ and/or Python skills, Windows-based application development experience, software design and CI/CD knowledge, and a degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
