Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager in Dublin to own the end-to-end customer and internal operations experience for Amazon RDS, including the AWS Console and CloudFormation. The role leads multiple engineering teams, defines product and technical vision, incorporates agentic AI into customer guidance and safe automated actions, modernizes legacy operator tooling, and improves usability, accessibility, performance, and safety. The manager will also hire and develop managers and senior engineers, partner with product and design teams, and represent console strategy to senior AWS leadership.
