Amazon Web Services is hiring a Technical Lead for Distributed Training to build and fine-tune distributed training and post-training support for PyTorch and JAX on AWS Trainium accelerators. The role owns parallelism strategies, performance profiling, workload characterization, and optimization across compiler, runtime, collectives, and framework teams, while contributing performance requirements to open-source frameworks. Candidates need substantial software development, systems architecture, leadership, and machine learning experience, along with a bachelor's degree or above in computer science or an equivalent field.
