Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Platform Engineer to own the architecture and implementation of the display subsystem for Android-based automotive infotainment systems. The role covers multi-display setups, SoC display bring-up and integration, graphics pipeline optimization, HAL and driver debugging, stability and crash analysis, and custom display features. Candidates need a BS/MS in a relevant field, at least three years of embedded software or platform engineering experience, strong C++ and C skills, and deep knowledge of Android display and graphics components, Linux internals, and automotive SoC display stacks.
