Description
Backblaze is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer to work on its B2 Object Storage and Computer Backup platform, improving data durability, throughput, and architecture. The role requires at least seven years of object-oriented software development in an enterprise environment, experience with large-scale systems across thousands of servers, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle. Java or Rust proficiency, dashboard or reporting experience, hard-drive performance knowledge, and Linux internals and file-system knowledge are preferred.
