Description
Chubb is hiring a Full Stack Engineering Leader to lead a full-stack digital engineering team and own the mobile experience platform. The role involves architecting cross-platform mobile and web experiences, building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating AI and machine learning capabilities, establishing engineering standards, and guiding the team through code reviews, mentoring, and Agile delivery. Candidates need 8 to 10 years of full-stack and mobile development experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and expertise in Angular, Ionic/Capacitor, TypeScript, Java, APIs, security, testing, observability, and CI/CD. The pay range is $160,000 to $175,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
