FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer for its Ad Serving team to design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and own cloud-based server and distributed systems that support high-volume ad auctions and bidding for its DSP advertising business. The role focuses on C++ software development, Linux-based cloud infrastructure, distributed databases such as Snowflake and Aerospike, algorithm optimization, technical documentation, code review, and collaboration with QA and stakeholders. The position requires at least 4+ years of experience with compiled languages, databases, and network programming, plus strong communication, debugging, and object-oriented programming skills.
