The role focuses on integrating AI-assisted and agentic development tools, managing context and harness engineering, writing and reviewing code, performing automated testing, documenting work, mentoring others, and leading projects. Candidates need at least 7 years of software development experience, hands-on adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools, and proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, Git, and CI/CD.
