ServiceNow is hiring a Senior ML Engineer to build and operate production components of a novel exploitability engine that ranks security work by exploitability. The role owns evidence ingestion, entity resolution, graph construction, probability-core components, testing, evaluation, observability, and data-quality plumbing, while partnering with product, security R&D, and SecOps. Candidates should have strong software engineering and production software experience, hands-on ML or LLM application experience, knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native development, and strong Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript skills. The position offers a base pay range of $128,900 to $219,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
