Description
The Senior Software Engineer will conduct high-level systems analysis and implement efficient software solutions across multiple platforms, lead design, development, testing, debugging, and resolution of issues, and guide a diverse development team. The role also supports root-cause analysis, solution optimization, project proposals, estimates, proof-of-concept activities, business-process consulting, and the adoption of development best practices and emerging technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field plus at least two years of software development experience, or six years of related experience; Agile experience and global staffing experience are preferred.
