Workiva is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software solutions using a diverse technology stack including Java, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, React, and Dart. The role collaborates with product, design, support, and customer stakeholders; contributes to technical solutions, code reviews, automated testing, production troubleshooting, product discovery, KPIs, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with four or more years of professional software development experience preferred. The position offers up to 15% travel, remote work from any location within the country of employment, and a US salary range of $111,000 to $180,000 plus bonus and equity benefits.
