Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Specialized Clouds Power Platform team to build, deploy, and operate Power Automate services in air-gapped and sovereign cloud environments. The role combines software engineering and site reliability engineering, covering live-site ownership, incident response, root cause analysis, architecture and design, CI/CD and deployment automation, observability, and collaboration with public cloud teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least four years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, plus the ability to obtain the required U.S. government security clearance and citizenship verification. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 119,800 to USD 234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
