Description
Pinterest is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer, Data Analytics and Engineering to build scalable data foundations, analytics tooling, and analysis pipelines that enable trusted, self-service access to datasets, insights, and metrics. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams; develops instrumentation and experimentation standards; improves data quality and discoverability; and uses AI to accelerate analysis while verifying correctness and responsible use. Candidates need at least four years of analytics engineering or data solutions experience, SQL and Python or comparable programming skills, workflow orchestration and ETL/ELT experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is US-based, eligible for equity, and requires in-person collaboration one to two times per month.
