Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Engineer to lead the design, architecture, development, and optimization of full-stack patient-facing experiences and backend services. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, guiding technical priorities, collaborating with product and design teams, building reliable integrations, improving system performance and reliability, and driving data-informed product improvements. Candidates need at least five years of professional experience building production web products with React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript, along with experience in cloud environments, third-party integrations, event-driven workflows, experimentation, analytics, and CI/CD.
