Zinnia is hiring a Sr Software Engineer I, Tech Lead to design, develop, test, install, maintain, and enhance software platforms for internal stakeholders and insurance clients. The role involves collaborating with global teams and customers, mentoring junior team members, conducting technical reviews, and supporting troubleshooting and custom enhancements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience, 7–11 years of experience with JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, or Ruby, and expertise with REST APIs, API gateways, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
