Description
The Staff Engineer will provide senior technical leadership for distributed enterprise systems, focusing on fault-tolerant integration, shared infrastructure, observability, reliability, and platform design. The role partners with the CTO and senior engineering leaders, establishes integration patterns and standards, and delivers production-grade systems that support safe evolution and future growth. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of software development experience, medical-field and HIPAA experience, and expertise in distributed systems, Elixir or another functional or concurrent language, asynchronous messaging, and system integration.
