Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Sr. Software Engineer - Internal Efficiency to embed AI directly with internal teams and build, deploy, measure, and iterate AI-powered tools, agents, and automations. The role owns outcomes such as adoption and efficiency gains, integrates with Python and Java microservices and web and mobile applications, evaluates AI models and workflows, and collaborates with data science, product, design, security, and healthcare teams. Candidates need a BS in computer science or a related field, at least six years of enterprise or consumer web application experience, and hands-on production experience with LLMs, agentic tools, prompt and context engineering, evaluations, and development workflows.
