Description
Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Sr. Software Engineer - Internal Efficiency to embed AI-powered tools, agents, and automations directly with internal teams. The role owns the full lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through deployment, adoption, measurement, and iteration, while building solutions that integrate with Python and Java microservices, web and mobile applications, and third-party systems. The engineer will evaluate AI tools and models, drive agentic software development, track efficiency metrics, and collaborate with data science, product, design, security, and healthcare teams. The position requires a BS in computer science or a related technical field, at least six years of enterprise or consumer web application development experience, and hands-on production experience with LLMs, agentic tools, prompt and context engineering, evaluations, and development workflows.
