Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver platform capabilities for COSMIC, a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform supporting Microsoft 365 services. The role owns complex features from design through production, builds reliable and scalable infrastructure components, improves engineering quality and developer productivity, develops safe operational automation, investigates production issues, and mentors engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least four years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, along with Microsoft cloud background-check eligibility.
