Natera is hiring a remote USA Data & AI Engineering Tech Lead to set technical direction for a solutions team building analytics and AI products for business stakeholders. The role combines hands-on production engineering with architecture leadership, including data pipelines, governed data models, semantic layers, SQL and Python development, AI workflows, data quality, observability, and compliance. The Tech Lead will also mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and partner with business, data platform, and AI platform teams. The position requires 7+ years of data or software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading technical design and delivery, along with strong SQL and Python, cloud data warehouse, transformation, orchestration, and LLM experience.
