Bloomerang is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) to serve as the senior-most technical engineer on a delivery team. The role owns technical outcomes, leads technical direction and design, mentors engineers, and champions AI-driven engineering and automation. It requires hands-on production software experience, strong .NET/C#, TypeScript/Node, React, distributed systems, SQL, asynchronous programming, testing, and debugging skills, along with experience leading technical direction without formal management authority. The position is permanent, full-time, and fully remote within the United States and select Canadian provinces, with a salary range of $114,800 to $191,400 and no visa sponsorship.
