Bloomerang is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) to serve as the senior-most technical engineer on a delivery team. The role owns technical outcomes, leads technical direction and design, mentors engineers, and champions AI-driven engineering and automation. It requires hands-on production software experience, strong TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL, SQL, API, testing, debugging, and observability skills, plus experience modernizing legacy systems and building integrations. The position is permanent, full-time, and fully remote within the United States and select Canadian provinces, with a salary range of $114,800 to $191,400 and no visa sponsorship.
