Description
Bridgewater is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Testing to design and build scalable test automation platforms for mission-critical portfolio and trading systems. The role focuses on diagnostic and validation tools, end-to-end automated testing of business logic and system performance, agentic and AI-driven testing workflows, SDLC integration, and reducing production incidents. It requires strong computer science fundamentals, at least four years of experience in technically rigorous environments, and at least two years in SDET or test architecture roles. The position is hybrid, requiring four days per week onsite: two days at the Westport, Connecticut campus and two days at the New York City location. Compensation is $350,000–$500,000 inclusive of base salary, discretionary bonus, and potential long-term incentive, with the expected base salary at 50–75% of that range.
