STLabs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Workflows team to build scalable backend services, reusable workflow components and APIs, and reliable event-driven systems that power workflow automation across an AI-first enterprise platform. The role involves distributed systems, cloud-native applications, asynchronous processing, and collaboration with Product and Design, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability. It is based in STLabs’ Midtown Manhattan office, where the team works on-site five days per week.
