Acron Aviation is hiring an Sr. Software Engineering Functional Lead to lead a team of avionics software engineers and advance software engineering work on surveillance development projects. The role combines front-line people leadership with technical execution, quality, delivery, integration, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and the adoption of automation and AI tools in safety-critical environments. The position requires a U.S. citizen, a relevant bachelor's degree, at least six years of real-time embedded software development experience, and at least two years of technical team leadership experience.
