Bell is hiring a Senior Software Quality Engineer, SQA for its Aircraft Software Quality Assurance organization in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports internal software development and external supplier oversight by executing requirements, verification, audits, configuration management, reviews, and compliance activities for aircraft software. Responsibilities include developing SQA plans, mentoring junior engineers, coordinating with engineering and supplier teams, and supporting program milestones. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of software quality assurance experience including three years in software engineering development, aerospace and defense software experience, process audit capability, familiarity with Serena Dimensions, LDRA, and VectorCAST, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
