UKG is hiring a Sr. Solution Consultant – Workforce Management to design, implement, configure, test, and support enterprise workforce management solutions, primarily UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). The role includes requirement gathering, solution architecture, integrations, documentation, build and configuration, testing support, client relationship management, mentoring, and travel of up to 25%. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer sciences or a related field, 6–10 years of enterprise software implementation or support experience, and at least 5 years of workforce management experience.
