Description
UKG is hiring a Sr. Solution Consultant to deliver workforce management solutions for enterprise clients. The role covers requirement assessment, solution design, UKG Pro WFM customization and integration, build and configuration, testing support, documentation, client management, mentoring, and implementation best practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field, 6–10 years of enterprise software implementation or support experience, and at least 5 years of workforce management experience. The position may require travel of up to 25% and is based in India.
