Description
AWS is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for its Migration and Modernization Solutions Architecture team. The role leads complex enterprise cloud transformation opportunities, including application and infrastructure assessment, migration and modernization planning, target architecture design, Cloud2AWS service mapping, and the use of AWS migration, modernization, and agentic tools. The architect works with customer executives, technical teams, account and professional services, and AWS partners, while also developing reusable architectures and playbooks and mentoring other Solutions Architects. The position requires 8+ years of technology-domain experience, 3+ years of application and infrastructure design or consulting experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
