Couchbase is hiring a Sr Solutions Engineer in Mumbai to support its growing user community and drive customer success in a pre-sales, customer-facing technical role. The position focuses on helping customers evaluate Couchbase solutions through application code and development processes, leading technical discovery, workshops, demonstrations, PoCs/pilots, and solution design discussions while partnering with sales, product management, and engineering. Candidates need at least 5+ years in pre-sales/consulting, 2+ years in software development, familiarity with NoSQL/distributed systems, strong presentation skills, programming knowledge in one or more languages, cloud experience, and database solution design experience.
