Innovapptive is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant – Maintenance & Reliability to partner with Sales and customer stakeholders in complex industrial sales cycles. The role translates maintenance and reliability challenges into quantified business impact, advises Plant Managers and reliability leaders, designs outcome-oriented solutions, leads demonstrations and workshops, and supports opportunity qualification and customer engagement. It requires 8–12+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, plant operations, or industrial solution engineering, along with process-industry exposure, maintenance KPI knowledge, and EAM or CMMS experience. The position is full-time, salaried, remote within the United States, with approximately 30% travel.
