vCluster Labs is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical wins for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving Kubernetes virtualization. The role partners with Account Executives, develops business-value assessments, integrates AI-native workflows, mentors Associate and Intermediate Solutions Engineers, and translates customer requirements into product and engineering input. Candidates need at least six years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience and at least three years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
