Mindlance is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a contract-to-hire role remote within the DMV. The role owns sourcing events from intake through contract execution, including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract drafting, pricing analysis, compliance with federal and corporate requirements, and supplier management. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6–8 years of strategic sourcing experience supporting IT or professional services in complex or regulated environments, along with SAP Ariba knowledge and strong project, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
