Citizens is hiring a Senior Sourcing Lead to support the Real Estate, Facilities & Retail Network Category in Strategic Sourcing. The role develops commodity strategies, oversees assigned spend, leads competitive bidding and contract negotiations, partners with business owners, and drives cost savings and total cost of ownership across the bank. It requires at least four years of progressive experience in category management, vendor management, and strategic sourcing, along with negotiation, financial modeling, analytical, cross-functional, and executive communication skills. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $123,000–$161,000 per year plus potential incentive earnings and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
