Citizens is hiring a Senior Sourcing Lead to report to the Senior Sourcing Team Manager in Strategic Sourcing within Procurement. The role develops commodity strategies, oversees assigned spend, leads competitive bidding and contract negotiations, supports technology sourcing, and partners with business owners to improve third-party relationships and generate savings. It requires at least four years of progressive experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing, along with strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and a salary of $123,000–$161,000 per year plus potential incentive earnings.
