Mars is hiring a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to source rice, wheat, and specialty grains for the North America region. The role partners with the global category manager to develop buying strategies, lead sourcing events and negotiations, manage contracts, evaluate supplier proposals, and maintain supplier relationships. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of procurement experience in the multinational food and beverage industry, expertise in negotiations and contract management, and approximately 20% travel.
