L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Program Manager (ISR TC2) in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a 9/80 schedule with off-every-other-Friday work. The role leads cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of ISR TC2 programs and pursuits, including capture, proposals, negotiation, planning, execution, sustainment, and closeout. Responsibilities include managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, customer coordination, risk reporting, and proposal development, while supporting advanced-technology programs and new business activities. The position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, EVMS experience, and either a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience.
