Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of local Building codes and AutoCad.
Strong project coordination skills, including cost estimating, schedules, and contractor oversight.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners (contractors, designers, A&E).

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing small to mid-scale construction or facilities projects.
