Description
The Engineer/Specialist, Operations Quality Assurance conducts field and record-based quality and compliance assessments for gas distribution operations, evaluates company and contractor personnel, investigates incidents, leads audits and corrective actions, supports regulatory compliance under 49 CFR 192, and coaches employees and QA staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, at least seven years of operations experience in a gas utility across five or more field operating departments or seven years within QA, ASQ certification, and occasional travel.
