Molex is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Program in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The role partners with Global Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to manage project costing and quotations, resource allocation, new-product and mass-production launches, customer-plant visits, capacity and material planning, PCN/ECN changes, investment reviews, risk escalation, and product-phase activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above, three years of working experience, and knowledge of plant operations, costing, and ERP or SAP systems.
