The role manages complex missile-propulsion programs and subsystems from inception through completion, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, customer reviews, milestones, and cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and direct experience with solid rocket motor design or production. The schedule is 9/80, with employees working 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours and every other Friday off.
