L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler to manage schedules for complex programs or processes, integrate schedules across functional groups, track performance against baselines, perform risk and critical-path analysis, and support program reviews and proposal efforts. The role requires Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional expertise, program or project integrated master-schedule experience, and either a bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with four years of related experience, or ten years of related experience in lieu of a degree. The position is based in Londonderry, New Hampshire or Tempe, Arizona, and follows a 9/80 schedule.
