Mars is hiring a Quality & Food Safety Manager for its site R&D team to lead quality management system compliance, food safety risk assessment and control, regulatory compliance, CAPA, verification activities, quality culture, and capability training. The role requires a BSc or MSc in food science, engineering, chemistry, or an equivalent field, quality assurance experience, ISO 9001 and GMP knowledge, food safety and process technology familiarity, and strong problem-solving and systematic-thinking skills. The position offers a base salary of USD 108,160 to USD 148,720, plus variable pay, medical and dental benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off.
