L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality Engineer in Toney, Alabama, on a 9/80 schedule with up to 50% travel. The role manages supplier quality performance, conducts investigations and root-cause analyses, supports early supplier engagements and audits, coordinates corrective actions, and partners with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field-based quality teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline and six years of directly related experience, or a graduate degree with four years of experience, or ten years of related experience without a degree, is required.
