Description
ProBio is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to administer, maintain, and improve its Quality Management System for clinical and commercial cell and gene therapy products. The role supports GxP compliance, QA review of change controls, CAPA, deviations, investigations, complaints, risk management, document control, quality metrics, and inspection readiness, while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external resources. The position is based at the Hopewell, New Jersey facility and requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, at least three years of QA or related experience, GxP and QMS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The estimated pay range is $70,000 to $90,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
