Description
The ServiceNow MID Server Administrator will install, configure, harden, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers on Windows and Linux; support Discovery and Orchestration; monitor ECC Queue processing and integration performance; perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management; configure proxy-based connectivity; manage TLS and certificates; and maintain operational documentation. The role requires hands-on enterprise experience, troubleshooting, scripting, and willingness to work rotational shifts and on-call rotations in a 24x7 environment. It is a regular 40-hour position based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
