Princess is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Strategic Projects to support the execution of strategic initiatives within Strategic Analytics and Special Projects. The role develops documentation, playbooks, project plans, timelines, and operational infrastructure; monitors progress and risks; coordinates with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders; and escalates execution decisions as needed. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of experience in business intelligence, project execution, or an analytical field, periodic travel to ships, and strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
