L3Harris is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer – Field Testing Lead in Yorba Linda, California, to lead field testing of GPS receivers and PNT systems in contested, jammed, spoofed, and degraded environments. The role develops and operates RF, GPS, and PNT test equipment; creates test plans and automation; coordinates with external ranges and government partners; analyzes field data; and provides technical feedback to engineering teams. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least four years, or ten years of related experience in lieu of a degree, plus a US Secret security clearance and up to 50% travel. The schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week, with Fridays off, and the California salary range is $102,000–$189,000.
